Catch Surf LogoHave you heard lately about the Catch Surf Beater Board? It’s the new must-have for avid surfers and beach-goers that enjoy fun in the sun.  Time to get abreast of the fun new must-have for water sports enthusiasts, if you haven’t heard all about it!
To put it simply, the beater board by Catch Surf is a soft top surfboard for beginners. It also serves as a high end body board for more advanced surfers. The beater board comes in two different sizes which are 4’ 6” and 4’. Both sizes of the Catch Surf beater board have a slick bottom and are made entirely of foam, available in a wide array of beautiful and vibrant colors to suit all personalities.
Finless Vs. Fin?
There are two models of this soft top surfboard one which is finless and one which has a fin. The version which features the fin is slightly pricier with a price tag of $169 and the finless version retails for $149. If you know anything about surfboards, you’re probably already pleased with the price, since this is a much more affordable price tag than your average surfboard.  Plus, it gives you the benefits of both a soft top surfboard and body board in one making this an affordable option for the beginning surfer.

beater BoardsMore Fun On The Waves!
Basically, the Catch Surf beater board is a soft top surfboard/body board that grabs waves easily and allows you to float, spin and slide with ease. The dimensions of the Beater board are 2.5” thick and 20” wide regardless if you choose the 4’ or 4’ 6” model of this popular, fun and funky soft top surfboard. The Catch Surf beater board is a soft top surfboard that is made for fun and will allow you to surf in a variety of different conditions effortlessly. This small yet efficient board allows the user to catch waves easily for such a small board. Trying out but the finless and finned version I have found that there are advantages and disadvantages to both types of this soft top surfboard. The finless version of the Catch Surf beater board is slightly harder to control however it offers more speed than the finned version.

Children and beginner surfers can use the Beater board as a belly board at first until they are ready to move to the next step. So, if you are looking for a versatile and affordable soft top surfboard that works well for surfers of all ability levels, it’s time to check out the Catch Surf beater board. You won’t be disappointed with the many benefits of this affordable soft top surfboard.
